THE WELSH GIRL… a modern take on tradition

With a passion for wool and a vision to re-ignite and celebrate the heritage textiles of Wales I set up TWG in 2015. The range currently consists of practical, functional lifestyle designs for the self and the home - the signature poncho, scarves, cushions, bags and bespoke interior commissions.

Everything is designed and handmade at my studio in Hay on Wye. The patch/block works are created from a combination of traditional flannel and new flannel. Working closely with the mill, the cloth is woven in limited edition runs and colour combinations unique to TWG.
